New Life Funeral Director

The client

New Life Funeral Director is a Singapore-based funeral services company founded in 1998, specialising in Catholic and Christian funerals while serving all cultural and religious traditions. The business is run personally by Kelvin Mark, who answers enquiries directly, 24 hours a day.

The challenge

Kelvin had no professional web presence for a business with nearly three decades of experience. With growing competition from larger funeral companies and more families searching online for funeral directors, the absence of a website meant New Life was invisible to anyone who didn’t already know Kelvin by name.

What we did

Website design and development

Built a complete WordPress website from scratch. The site covers all of New Life’s services: Catholic funerals, Christian funerals, direct cremation, repatriation, offshore and seafarer bereavement services, and post-trauma cleansing. Each is its own service page with targeted content.

SEO foundation

Configured RankMath across all 11 pages with targeted focus keywords, optimised meta titles and descriptions, and schema markup (LocalBusiness, Service, Person, ContactPage). The site was built with local search intent in mind, targeting Singapore-specific search terms for each service.

Results

The site launched in 2026. Within the first month of indexing, it registered 2,400 impressions on Google Search Console across all tracked pages.
