The client

Indotutors is a Singapore-based Indonesian language school offering individual tuition, group classes and corporate training. Founded and led by Ibu Sally, the school has operated for over 15 years and holds over 113 five-star Google reviews.

The challenge

The existing website was outdated: visually dated, lacking security hardening and not optimised for search engines. As a result, the school was losing visibility to newer competitors despite its much longer track record and stronger review profile.

What we did

Design refresh

Modernised the visual design to better reflect the school’s professional standing and longevity.

Security hardening

Upgraded the site’s WordPress security configuration to protect against common vulnerabilities.

SEO optimisation

Implemented on-page SEO improvements to raise organic search visibility for Indonesian language course terms in Singapore.

Admin tooling

Built supplementary management tools integrated into the site: a class administration system and a customer testimonials management module, to reduce the manual work of running the school’s online presence.

Results

The site is live at indotutors.com, and the school is visible in organic search results for Indonesian language course terms in Singapore.
